Ctrl+arrow does not move manager script if its script is open

What happened?

I don't know if this must be considered a Bug.

I move the objects up/down in the tree using Ctrl + up/down arrows. However, if the object is a manager script and its script is open, Ctrl + up/down arrows change the selected line in the script instead of moving the manager in the tree. The same happens with the 'delete' key (it removes text from the script instead of removing the object in the tree).
