Any chance it be put on the APSIM website for download? When I tried to do it, I encountered some issues: APSIMInitiative/ApsimX#8742

APSoil is not a static product - new soils get added / modified from time to time. APSoil soils are generated from a spreadsheet / database combination. We do need to generate a NextGen version. This will require changes to the soils API.
