Are the formulas for water, nitrogen, phosphorus, and temperature stress in the SWIM model the same as those in SWIM3?

According to the APSIM-SWIM3 document, they must be the same. SWIM was standalone software application, therefore SWIM2-3 were made to make it more compatible with APSIM.
