met files ,making is a problem in excel even after following manual instructions

Hello everyone. may i please know how to make met files in APSIM which can run successfully without any error. i have tried many times, but its all in vain. this error surfaces. 'Cannot open file: D:?ㅽ떚釉?RESEARCH\proffesor jang\APSIM training\Gochang\Gochang.met. File doesn't exist Component name: met !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

am using APSIM710-r4220
I have done the following

1. I have used Excel, saved the file as a .prn (space delimited) and then changed the extension to met. the error surfaces
2. I have also used the TavAmpGUI app but still the same error surfaces

please, advise. am stuck

Perhaps try a directory without the sinograms? eg "D:\MyApsimFiles"
