Can we update the version of Visual Studio used for Windows builds? #2205

I noticed that Build\BuildAll.bat looks for Visual Studio 2017 compiler tools. This could be updated to use Visual Studio 2022, but would that break in the CI system?

It's an "academic" question, I suspect - I cant remember the last time I did a windows build..
