Missing windows in thetaStat #618

Hi!

I want to estimate Tajima's D by non-overlapping windows of 1Mb, and when I run this command line:

thetaStat do_stat file.thetas.idx -win 1000000 -step 1000000 -outnames file

Then my first and last windows are always missing (the one from 0 to 1000000, and the one at the end of the chromosome).

Is there any way to solve this?

Thanks!
