Incorporate exceptions within the function aviationsafety in in api.py to provide more informative error messages.

for example:

except requests.exceptions.RequestException as e:

        return 'HTTP request error: {}'.format(e)


    except Exception as e:

        return 'Unknown error: {}'.format(e)
