Further to #517 add an entry point for topostats dnatracing which loads files saved as .topostats (handled by io.LoadScans class) and calculates statistics.

  • Skeletons should be saved as part of HDF5 .topostats file otherwise it will be impossible to undertaking tracingstats (this is the default for io.save_topostats_file()).
