pdbsymm needs to handle Biological assemblies properly. e.g. 1xda has multiple BIOMOLECULE: records within REMARK 350. Choose the one with lowest CHANGE IN SOLVENT FREE ENERGY
APPLY THE FOLLOWING TO CHAINS: can be split with another record starting
AND CHAINS:
