There is an issue when I run runIntPred.pl. It seems that the new version of Moose (2.2004) throws back some errors
'You are overwriting a accessor (patchID2Label) for the patchID2Label attribute (defined at $HOME/IntPred/bin/../lib/DataSet/Input.pm line 60) with a new predicate method for the patchID2Label attribute (defined at $HOME/IntPred/bin/../lib/DataSet/Input.pm line 60) at $HOME/perl5/lib/perl5/x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi/Moose/Meta/Attribute.pm line 1096.
This issue has been discussed in semifor/Net-Twitter#70 and https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?ShowHeaders=1;id=120040. Even though this does not break the code, it causes some issues when I run runIntPred.pl from a python script, due to an unexpected return code. I also tested Moose version 2.1806 and had no issues. I hope this helps with fixing the bug!
