Add optional argument to specify if boss weapons will receive the two default attributes #347

This addition is for FF2v2.0. I have seen many bosses, which have 200% damage bonus attribute an +2 capture speed bonus and for example -80% damage or negative capture speed attribute. The second attribute counters the first, which is stupid. Instead of giving default attributes, let the boss creators select if they want default attributes.

Or let's ditch built-in attributes altogether if custom attributes are specified.
