As mentioned in https://4teamwork.slack.com/archives/C060FEYKA/p1573641525051100 we should check if we can bump to RelStorage 3.0. It promises quite a gain in performance as mentioned in https://dev.nextthought.com/blog/2019/11/relstorage-30.html.
