Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
iptvnator seems to only support online URL based EPG files?

Describe the solution you'd like
I would love for iptvnator to support adding local EPG files vs. only online URL's for EPG files.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I am not currently aware of an alternative to address this issue.

Additional context
I'm most concerned with the MacOS version of iptvnator if it matters.
