Java plugins for the Java application ImageJ (see imagej.nih.gov). Reads Image Sequence files (from videos of animals), computes difference images, and makes image with icons for moving cells. These plugins were used to produce numerical data and images published in the journal PeerJ.
- My_ImagePair7d.java input: image sequence (IS). output: *.txt file containing the number of pixels above a threashold, i.e. black, in each IS file (video frame).
- My_ImagePair29b.java input: image sequence. output: icons or data describing moving cells.
