Describe the bug
The email with the confirmation of an approved correction request goes only to the person, who has submitted the original item, and not to the one, who submitted the correction request. This is a little bit intransparent.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a correction request for an item with an eperson, which is different from the eperson, who has submitted the original item
  2. Approve the correction request
  3. Look for the emails the system sent: there is an email about the approved correction request for the submitter of the original item, but not for the submitter of the correction request

Expected behavior
Both epersons should recieve the message about the approved correction request: the submitter of the original item and the submitter of the correction request.
