Describe the bug
Unable to get avatars working with discord webhook to IRC bridge.
Discord bot has webhook permissions and can send and receive messages, just not avatars
To Reproduce
Running matterbridge with below config, send message from IRC to discord with username that exists in the Discord server
Expected behavior
Existing user avatar to be displayed in webhook
