Hi,
when using latest versions of MotionCorr2 (1.6.3 or 1.6.4) in relion5 the Total/early/late drifts are not parsed correctly (equals to 0 in the corrected_micrographs.star file).
In individual star files it is -9999
loop_
_rlnMicrographFrameNumber #1
_rlnMicrographShiftX #2
_rlnMicrographShiftY #3
1 -9999.00000 -9999.00000
while averages are generated, i believe it maybe a problem for polishing.
I can use RELION own implementation, but I would also like to do a comparison with MotionCorr2 or even MotionCorr3.
Thanks in advance. Alex

I am afraid to say that the MotionCor2 wrapper in RELION is no longer actively maintained. Unless someone sends me a pull request to fix this, it is unlikely that this is repaired.
