Stuck at TCP Port scan

Hello, i'm trying to scan a server with normal mode. Everytime when I reach TCP Port scan it will get stuck. Longest I let it run for is 2 hours. When I press enter it will show the status. It says that it is doing a SYN Stealth scan. I tried it on multiple servers, with the same result.

Could there be a reason that it takes long? And is there a possibility to skip it?
