Bring all of the scans into automated sync

Alongside the creation of the 3rd party services scan, we should finally ensure that all of the scans (https, dap, a11y, and now 3rd party services) are running automatically.

Necessary steps -

• Host in the cloud
• Schedule the scan job
• Ensure that scan scripts remove other branches, redirects, non-live domains
• Help it to fail gracefully.
• Check long tail of formatting issues
• Update site to point to hosted files
