Research: Should we add dates to our inventory?

Why:
I've seen dates in the privacy docs, but haven't really looked at them to understand how they may be important. I have noticed that older docs often have a different layout or wording to their questions, but thats it.

How:

1. Look at the different dates available in the PIAs and SORNs
2. Decide what may be useful to include in our inventory
3. Feel free to check that research with Marcela, by email or in our next team check in.
