Broken links to Slack channels

Links to Slack channels are rendering incorrectly, showing the Markdown link reference names.

I'm guessing this might be happening more than just on the Trello page: a text search of rendered pages for "][" might find more instances. (This doesn't work via the Handbook search, though, since that search doesn't respect quotes).
