  • Review interview notes
  • Review Framework and Maturity Model from Phase 1
  • Come up with a framework for analysis / affinity mapping
  • Consider options for how to capture our learnings
  • Create first draft / outline for this deliverable
  • Decide whether to follow up with any interviewees

We mapped the different elements we've interacted with as part of this project here

Add ToC and document the work that we did, interviewees, questions, observations. Maybe improvements on the Playbook or Maturity Model.
