Lots of pent up demand for this at national level and many states need help federating as well - There's not yet a good transactional update model established at national level.
Happy to connect your team also with many of the Esri practitioners that help States and Census achieve similar federation workflows...our tools are extendible with Python and most counties/municipalities already use them to manage their data pipelines.
Also this use case could potentially leverage to the OpenAddresses effort...
