Option to select what web server you want to run (Nginx vs Apache)

On a project I manage, for production servers, the client supplies their own hosting team and they utilize Apache since the official WordPress docker images are based on that (and not Nginx). I love Nginx but sadly we are locked on using Apache for the web server.

What would be great is an option when creating your site you can choose the web server that is created for the site - Nginx or Apache. This will be a huge help to my project on Apache and being able to replicate things a little closer with this awesome dev tool.
