Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

As an engineer, I would like to be able to specify files that wpsnapshots should automatically ignore during a pull (such as node_modules, vendor, etc).

We could include this in our scaffold as well so those items are automatically excluded by default and someone can then override them on a per-project basis.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I'm not aware of an alternative mechanism to do this so far short of just deleting those folders in advance.
