List of selections as region labels, not codes #348

So:

onRegionSelect: function(event, code, region){
   console.log(vmap.selectedRegions);
}

Gives me the full list of all the currently selected region codes as an array. How can I get the label for each code? Does jqvmap expose a list of codes/labels?
