This should allow the user to upload a new avatar
If they are not able to upload a photo, then a fallback should happen using the Initial of their name.
The avatar should have a fixed size for all photos. Maybe a 32 x 32 or as you deem fit during the design process.
This what would then be rendered/replaced with the avatar used in the Navbar
