Unable to document parameter types

At least doxygen for php is able to document parameter types. It is very important to be able to document the expected parameter types.

This is the syntax currently used for PHP, I know that this may not work for Pyhton because we do not have the $ and we'll not be able to detect if the datatype is specified or not.
