Hey :)

Very nice work! just want to let you know if you add an option to generate the static binary pivotc it would be much better. had hard time setting up the pivotc when the target machine does not have openssl libraries installed.

As I remember I removed the SSL feature from pivotc.c and compiled it on a same build as the target OS. then moved the file over.

or maybe I used the no-ssl flag in the server. can't remember long time ago..but I know that I turn off the SSL thingy since there were no openssl libraries on the target.
