Uninstalling "com.xiaomi.micloud.sdk" creates "save/download of image-like files" a fight with crash report popup

Describe the issue
It is in recommended category, removing this package makes every save (video/image) show up a big popup on the screen, if the video saved is big, it is continued and even when the popup is closed it reappears again which basically makes the phone unusable till the download is finished.
