I once made a Telegram bot which would send me a message whenever my organization had any interaction (pulls, merges, issues, etc) and I used a webhook of an organization and the bot was developed in NodeJS and deployed in Heroku, I dont really know if this really could help you. |

Hi,
We have a software that interacts with a 3rd party API. Our Deploy Github Action gets API credentials from the Github Organization Secrets available in the repository and adds it to the final binary on every deployment (for example ORGANIZATION_SECRET_TWITTER_API_TOKEN)
Imagine that some Organization's Github Admin rotates the credentials. In that case we want to get paged in order to retrigger our Github Action to generate a new deployment with the updated token.
I would like something like:
When ORGANIZATION_SECRET_TWITTER_API_TOKEN send a notification (Email or Slack), so we retrigger the Deploy action
The problem is that I haven´t seen a specific webhook or anything at the API to get notified when a specific Organization Secret is updated.
Any ideas on how to do it?
