Add a button to let us copy the file path + line number of a PR comment

I want a button that lets me copy packages/api/src/prisma/schema.prisma:45 directly to my clipboard. That being file_path:pr_comment_line_number. My current workflow means I have to highlight the filepath (which beacuase its a button, closes the pane alltogether), copy it and the paste it into my code editor. I then need to manually type :45 before hitting enter to reach the correct destination of the code in question. Would be a nice QOL to get the whole string right away. Thanks!
