Hi, I am using the software carpentries event template repository https://github.com/carpentries/training-template to create a new repository under my account. This is set as a gh-pages repo and fails on the build with Jekyll portion.

I had a look and it seems the error is:

I visited https://api.github.com/repos/nicholas-owen/MagiskOnWSA/releases?per_page=100 and I get:

I dont have a repo MagiskOnWSA and dont believe I ever forked it, so not sure where this is coming from and why its causing an issue with building a very different repo.

The error message is because of a terms of service violation; be sure you are carefully following the instructions in the readme

thanks for the poke, no its still failing, I am following the instructions, and did as part of the training with the Carpentries team a week or so ago, had this error then, no one else did:

Full error after just clicking the green Use this Template, gave it a name and ownership as me, name 2024-07-01-UCL-online following the instructions.
