Feature

A DAO proposal should be able to execute a user defined EOS transaction.

Description

If a proposal passes it should be possible to execute an eosio.msig transaction owned by the DAO. This transaction will bear the daoproposals@eosio.code permission, which will allow the DAO to make restricted transaction like updating code or modifying network parameters.
