Need help with combining filters for dashboard

We have a usecase to get dashboard which are either published or draft of current user only. We want to hide draft of other users even if he is admin. Any way to query this using get dashboard api (/api/v1/dashboard/)?

Looks like by default filters are combined.

any way to get either published true or owner is current user? basically 'logical or' on filter in place of 'and'
