Abstract
Testing ... we all know we should do it, but that's often much harder said than done. Here's a passionate new developers take on how testing went from feeling like a chore to being a hallmark of what it means to be an empathetic programmer -- and how that narrative fits in to personal and professional code pursuits.

Bio
Sienna is a professional climber working towards qualifying for the Olympic Games in 2024 and believes that coding is the perfect compliment to that dream. After graduating the Turing School of Software development just over a year ago, she's been working part time as a Software Engineer allowing her to thrive off of solving problems on the wall AND in front of her computer screen. Moving forward Sienna sees herself pursuing software work that will give back to the climbing community so near and dear to her heart.
