环境变量里，不同变量名的分隔符支持自定义

现在默认是&分割，如果支持自定义的就更好了，比如有选项@ 换行符等等。
为了不影响现有用户体验，默认还是&分割，只是加了个自定义
为什么这么建议呢
有些变量值可能会包含&符号，这样就不能新建变量名了，会相互影响

我不懂程序，感觉实现这个，好像不太难，UI也不复杂,加个扩展选项,或者隐藏高级设定自定义分隔符等等
