cached manifest can't get renewed

Summary

I changed some important things in manifest.webmanifest like display from browser to standalone.
but when it got deployed, i can see change in Source, but in Output still the old one.

cache-control: public, immutable, no-transform, max-age=31536000
content-type: application/manifest+json
x-next-cache-tags: _N_T_/layout,_N_T_/manifest.webmanifest/layout,_N_T_/manifest.webmanifest/route,_N_T_/manifest.webmanifest
vary: RSC, Next-Router-State-Tree, Next-Router-Prefetch

i think it's because cached.

so i made vercel.json, and changed cache details, but it doesn't work.
