Recaptcha mandatory for 'new password request'

Recaptcha is mandatory for 'new password request' even if $Configuration['EnabledPlugins']['recaptcha'] = false with invitation registration only;
It's annoying for private/sensible/rgpd forums working on invitation only. Google service and privacy
"sont des mots qui ne vont pas tres bien ensemble".

Users cannot request new password, controller/view always ask to activate recaptcha.

I have modified class.entrycontroller.php and passwordrequest.php to bypass recaptcha when $Configuration['EnabledPlugins']['recaptcha'] = false.

This mechanism should be part of Vanilla Forum.
