[Feat] develop an intellij plugin to generate project and files

Information

As developer I would like to have shortcut in my IDE to generate a new Ts.ED project or to generate files like a Controller or a Service.

The plugin could be reuse the Ts.ED CLI (already installed in the project or in global) to generate the files at the right place.

The CLI must provide options to select the correct expected template and the path where the file must be generated.
