Add 'auto' value to StatusBarStyle

Adding an 'auto' value to StatusBarStyle to automatically select the text color of the status bar based on the background color of the view or WebView underneath sounds like a great suggestion. This would indeed simplify the process of managing status bar text color, especially in scenarios where the background color varies between light and dark across different pages. By automatically adjusting the text color based on the underlying content, developers can focus more on designing their UIs without the need for manual intervention to ensure readability. Implementing this feature could greatly enhance the user experience and streamline the development process, particularly for apps with dynamic content or WebView-based interfaces. I recommend documenting this suggestion in the relevant feature request or enhancement discussion, as it could receive positive feedback from developers seeking more flexibility in managing status bar appearance. |

When we set
translucent
to true, we can draw under the status bar. But in our UI design, some pages' backgrounds are light and others are dark. So we need to switch the text color of the statusbar. Since we are usingWebView
, the background color exists in the H5 page. It is very tedious to switch the text color.I suggest that 'auto' value should be added to
StatusBarStyle
so that the text color of the status bar could be automatically selected based on the background color of the view (or webview) underneath.Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
