Misago has user signatures feature implemented, but there's no UI for it.

After new parser lands (#1480), I would like to re-add those signatures to Misago proper.

Scope:

  • add misago.userprofiles app
  • move user signatures to a separate model in new app
  • add signature UI to forum options (after Remove React.js from forum options page #1688) and edit user in admin form
  • display signatures under forum posts
