Should we supplement our mib-downloader with https://github.com/librenms/librenms-mibs or similar ? While it's somewhat stale, it still has a lot of MIBs which we currently don't have direct sources for.

We typically prefer to pull directly from vendors. But I agree, it's a good source of MIBs.

I mostly think this should be done in https://github.com/prometheus-community/snmp.

@RichiH that's the old repo for mibs as well,
upstream LibreNMS moved them into the main repo:
https://github.com/librenms/librenms/tree/master/mibs
