Program process instantly terminating upon opening it, even when running as administrator #1128

Bug description

Steps to reproduce the bug

Have a 64-bit computer
Leave it on for a while
Piskel process now instantly terminates on startup!

Environment details

operating system: Windows 10 Home 64-bit 22H2
browser (or offline application version): Piskel Offline Application Version 0.14.0

Sprite details

number of frames: None due to program being unable to open
sprite resolution: None due to program being unable to open
session duration: None due to program being unable to open

Feel free to include a screenshot of the bug, a .piskel file of the sprite or anything else that can help us investigate.
