Add ability to have kvm ignore specified key inputs e.g. F13-F24 #1284

I want to use some specific keys to operate shortcuts and program actions on my local machine while accessing the pikvm in full screen. Currently all keys are getting captured by the browser

Ideally, I would like to be able to specify which keys to ignore but if that is too much, I thought it might be good if you could simply choose to toggle on or off the capture of the F13-F24 keys.
