Please check your network and OpenAI API quota

  • I am sure it is not a network issue or an OpenAI API quota issue.

复现步骤 Reproduce step

When I click the OpenAI Translator logo or use Alfred to summon the OpenAI Translator, there is no response and no window appears. But It works normally when using text selection.
