Loading tasks... or outdated query results

Hello,

I have only a few notes (total 604) and only a few tasks, less than a dozen

I have got this code

``` tasks
        not done
    ```


``` tasks
    done
   ```

When I switch to preview mode, it keeps saying "Loading tasks", even after 10 minutes keeping the file open.

i have downloaded the last plugin version by downloading the 3 files

I improved the handling so that the cache gets updated correctly when the plugin is installed or reloaded.

Unfortunately, a workaround may still be required in some cases:
Restart obsidian if you don’t see task queries updating within seconds.

If you update from a version that is older than 1.1.1, you have to restart obsidian after updating. Should be fixed from 1.1.1 onwards.
