add more info about {projectRoot}, {workspaceRoot} etc keywords

Hi!
I've just recently started using NX and one thing I really liked is keywords like {projectRoot}, {workspaceRoot} that mentioned in documentation.

I needed to use something like {projectName}, but didn't find it in docs (only in page https://nx.dev/nx-api/devkit/documents/ExecutorContext#projectname , but it's really unclear wether it can be used in nx.json)

But at the end I found an issue that reported using {projectName} and I wonder: is there a dedicated page for every keyword like that? It might be really useful for anyone trying to make nx.json work generic

@FrozenPandaz yes I would like to, but I've just started and don't really know all keywords possible. I can ask in discord channel, but IDK..
