Describe the usecase for the feature

It would be highly beneficial to enhance the webhook response by incorporating details of the user who made changes to a specific row. This feature would improve traceability and provide valuable context for the actions taken.

Suggested Solution

When a change is made to a row, the webhook response should include the following information about the user who performed the change:

Username
User ID
Timestamp of the change
