新增文章時，使用超連結功能
< a href="https://google.com" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc" >點我應該要開啟超連結
目前是直接原網頁導向超連結網址，預期應該是要開新分頁，才不會讓 user 跑掉
請讓預設加入 target="_blank"
